We keep contact and enquiry data for the duration of the relationship and up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings, and any data we must keep by law is retained for the applicable statutory period. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

We don't sell your data. The following processors may access it under contract: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and storage), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Anthropic and fal.ai (AI features on the site).

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so some data is transferred outside the UK and the EEA. These transfers rely on appropriate safeguards: the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
